        Had a "consult" where I was passed across multiple staff to speak with the "doctor" for about 5 minutes. She had me open and close my mouth and then tell me to come in for x-rays (costing almost $400) and to start physical therapy. Waste of $100. The doctor was not very nice and pretty short/snippy. When askedd about pricing for PT I was told "not sure call the place". So basically wasted $100 and my lunch break. Not impressed and it did not feel professional.

        I have been suffering for months with jaw and ear pain I called to make an appointment and actually got an appointment for the next day . I only expected to have a consultation with Dr.Wilson she examined my jaw asked if I wanted to try and get some relief and I can honestly say the staff here are very friendly caring and explained the procedure made me feel comfortable about getting the procedure and finally feeling like I may finally be able to get some answers and get to feeling normal again!!

      Hi Andrea, Just as if you were here for an in-office appointment, you were checked in/out by the front desk, and had your history taken by a clinical team member. My recommendations are based on years of experience and the fastest ways to help you. Without imaging (x-rays) a diagnosis cannot be made, unfortunately most insurances do not cover TMJ. Several patients have reported how beneficial PT has been for them and is generally covered very well by insurance. Unfortunately every insurance plan and PT company have their own PT benefit policy/coverage, making it impossible for us to provide guidance on pricing. I did ask if you had any questions and if this plan sounded like a good starting point, to which you agreed. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations, and I wish you well in your TMJ journey.
