I scheduled a blowout for 6pm. Jenna called and said I could come in earlier, I said I would try and would need to make other arrangements for my toddler first. I said I wasnt sure if I would be able to but I would try but after we got off the phone, she rescheduled my appt to an earlier time anyway.. Yeah no. Not very professional. Didnt end up going & Im pretty sure I dodged a bullet.

Had a severe allergic reaction to Unseen Sunscreen the second time I used it! Required a trip to Urgent Care and on oral steroid and it took four days for the painful red rash to subside!!

Not a good experience today. The clerks need to be better trained in customer service and accuracy. I was charged for something I didn't end up buying and not charged for something else that I bought. When I went back to the store to correct their goof (I ended up owing them $6) there was NO apology and no thanks for being honest enough to admit that I owed them money. Who trains these clerks? You'd think that customer service skills would be a must! Neither of my clerks were good at it.
