Rude staff I always buy here and today apparently the girls were new they didn't want to scan my ID they only tried once and they treated me like a criminal very bad attitude in my life I go back to that gas station!!!!!!

Ive been buying tobacco products for the last few weeks at theirs gas station, each employee scans my Michigan State Id that shows Im 22 years old (clearly old enough to make the purchase with no issue), theres this one girl who is supposedly a manager or runs the store and shes always rude so typically I try to avoid her nasty attitude. But today she decides to tell me that she cant accept my id and when I asked why she was short toned and didnt give a direct answer. So then I said why do all of your employees scan and look at my card and allow me to make the purchase and she couldnt give an answer. Definitely when shes not there the service is great, if shes there just avoid her all together for future customers

Hi Mia Luv, we're so sorry to hear you weren't able to complete your purchase. Since information on the ID can be altered, our corporate policy is that people cannot purchase tobacco or alcohol with a vertical ID regardless of the age it shows in order to combat illegal underage purchasing. This is a company wide policy and all employees should be following it. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend updating your ID to the horizontal one you became eligible for once you turned 21 to avoid the issue in the future.We are also extremely disappointed to hear that a member of our staff was not friendly or respectful to you while you were in the store.
