Would absolutely give Perkins Custom Remodeling a 5 star rating! Their team has completed several projects for us and we have been absolutely happy with each and every one. Ted is an amazing project manager, and every member of his team is trustworthy and does excellent work. I couldnt be happier with this company. We recommend them highly.

Perkins Custom Remodeling did a complete remodel of our master bath and kitchen. We love the results. He and his crew were easy to work with, had creative ideas and were very good at communicating schedules. Also, they pride themselves on maintaining a clean worksite and that is really appreciated.

Ted and team remodeled our master bathroom last fall. Every single person that entered our home was quintessential professional which was of utmost importance being that I work from home! We had interviewed around 6-7 contractors for our job and knew from the first meeting that Ted was our guy. It was our first time going through a remodel and Ted took extra care to explain to us every last piece of his estimate and gave us clear expectations for what was in that scope and areas that could pop up so we had a great understanding of what kind of a contingency to plan for. When all was said and done he came in right below that mark and allowed us to stay right on track. Also super important was schedule. Ted utilizes a schedule tool so that we had awareness over where we were in the process at all times. They came in right on time! On budget & on time, two things I rarely hear when speaking to friends undergoing remodels! Every team member that came into our home was polite and every evening before the crew left there was time alloted to tidying up which left us with a huge piece of mind as we have a toddler who gets into everything. Ted checked in everyday on how things were going and his attention to detail is above and beyond. Top notch service! You really can't go wrong!
