I just called this company today to 2/14/2024 I explained the man what I was wanting done which was a room at on he wanted to know my price range and I told him I did not have a price range that I was getting multiple quotes from multiple people he automatically said well then you don't need my company and hung up please be aware of this contractor

Pioneer has built half of our beautiful city and has done a magnificent job, however, the particular building I live in was built in quite a rush and there are several small things that I think we're overlooked in the construction process. One being that my yard is repeatedly having the landscaping washed out down to the forms and leaving a river of mud on the sidewalk in front of mine and my neighbors' apartments. It happens every time it rains because there is some sort of design flaw with the rain gutter and it leaves a horrible mess where the kids can't play and people track mud into our home every time they visit. Water pressure is nonexistent in my shower because the valve is turned down too low and sealed behind the drywall. I truly wish somebody would care enough to resolve the matter.
