Chris was able to point me in the best direction possible and help me with the correct lingo( micro soldering) even though they do not fix super old electronic watch graphs. Thank for your guidance. Truly appreciated the help.

Being without my laptop can feel like being without my thumbs. I can manage, but work life is a lot more difficult! I dropped off my MacBook Pro at Computer Rescue on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday they had run a diagnostic, and parts were ordered, arrived, and replaced so that I could pick it up before the end of the work day. An extra touch was that the screen and keyboard were cleaned; I didn't realize how dirty my screen had become! I appreciate that they are certified with Apple so I know I can trust them with my expensive devices. I highly recommend Computer Rescue 911 and will be a repeat customer next time I have a device on the fritz.
