After 20 years of minor/annoying lower back pain and a few years of bad neck pain, I decided to visit Dr. Graf. I'm a skeptic, but after a handful of visits and keeping up with the exercises that were given to me, I feel so much better!

I came to see Dr. Gray due to experiencing pain in my knees while working out. She was incredibly thorough to check all major red flags first, which made me feel very safe. Because Dr. Gray listened to me with keen focus, I felt heard and understood about my needs and goals. Dr. Gray made me a custom plan to follow, making it manageable and attainable within my daily life. Within two weeks, as she predicted, I was back to my strong self after following her suggestions. My physical health is so important to me and I couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Gray for really understanding my values and providing care that was healing in many aspects. This is exemplary holistic care and Im grateful for the space that FLOW provides in our community.

Dr. Osmer was the most critical piece of my prenatal care I never knew I needed. She was a captive listener, patient-first support and the best resource I could have asked for. I was so comfortable talking to her about all the uncomfortable things that come with being pregnant. I worked with both Dr. Osmer and an OBGYN and for me, she best and so thoroughly helped me understand what to expect and helped me determine my right birth plan WITHOUT judgement. Early on in my pregnancy, she got me on the right supplements and vitamins that curbed a lot of the early pregnancy discomfort I didn't understand as a new soon-to-be mom. If you are feeling this, SEE HER. I didnt understand so much of what was normal and having a sounding board to talk about my nutritional, functional and emotional self was irreplaceable. I was also having a lot of back pain late in my pregnancy and having a resource established as my pregnancy evolved was key. Ive recently also met Dr. Gabby, had her see my babies and love seeing the legacy that FLOW is building. She didnt skip a beat and her care and consideration has been seamless as our family has grown.
