Overall a frustrating experience and terrible customer service.
Went in and had a lovely gentleman help me pick out carpet for my stairs. He was knowledgeable and kind. Paid the deposit and scheduled the installation.
Installation day came and no one showed up. When I called they had to search the floor for my carpets sold tag and had nothing on record of the scheduled installation.
Once they rescheduled the install it was done and they did a lovely job. I was told we were all set as they had my card on file.
This is where the real frustration began. A YEAR later they called saying I still owed them money. I said I would have to verify my records as we were told we were all set. I had a baby a couple of days later, so I was unable to check. I never received any more contact until two months later when I get a letter in the mail from their law firm. It claimed they called additional times (which they did not, and certainly did not leave any voicemail to identify themselves) and said they would be sending us to collections.
I just paid what was owed. The gentleman on the phone said he would send a receipt but we cannot count on that as we have received no mail through this process, save the letter from their attorney.
The lack of communication after leaving the store floor was very frustrating and impersonal. I would not recommend you do business with Sullivans.
