Waited in line for 20 minutes for the free wash and got turned away... TF if I was in line BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY. You should have honored me and let me in. I will never ever go to any Tommy's car wash again. Could have at least gave me a coupon for a later date since YOU WERE THE REASON I WAS TURNED AWAY.

Pretty bad car wash although the service itself is very smooth and convenient. I was signed up for the subscription to the highest tier of car wash (The Works), and the wash frequently left water stains on my car and even drips of solid wax which were not able to be removed in subsequent washes and that I now have to personally scrape/buff off myself. Would recommend to stay away. EDIT: I reached out to the manager of the location per their reply to this review. They were surprised I followed up and told me they would call me back, which they never did. The wax spots are still on my car.

Hello Kariann, your business means a lot to us! You will leave our wash 85% dry, but with our Spot Free water there is no need to dry off your vehicle! Simply drive 2-3 miles down the road, and your vehicle will be completely dry and spot free.
