This place has gotten out of control. I just had my Mercedes Benz serviced here and dealt with Adam from the service department. They charged me $1500 to do back breaks, pads and rotors!!! Most places would do it for less than half that!!! And then the needed to order a trim piece for the exterior of my car and when I came in to have it installed for $350, I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that they ordered the wrong piece and they didnt do anything. No apologies for wasting my time, he brushed it off and blamed someone else. And then told me the right piece would now be over 800 installed!!!! Its a tiny little $80 piece of trim. Dont take your cars here, this place will take advantage of you.

Just recently bought a VW Arteon from here and it went very smoothly. Everyone was extremely helpful especially John Ortegon who sold me the car. Test drove it with me and was able to answer all the questions I had about it. Overall a great experience from this dealership!

My wife and I worked with Brian Taylor to buy our 2024 VW Tiguan and he was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He knew his product and helped us to make the best decision for our needs. I would give him my highest recommendation. Honestly everyone we dealt with was fantastic, courteous and knowledgeable. The service department is state of the art and always spotless. We will definitely return to purchase our next vehicle at Betten because they made the entire experience enjoyable and easy.

I bought my Mercedes in October and for the second time now the service department scheduled me for the wrong day. I live 45 minutes from the Dealership and whomever made the appointment for me made a mistake, this is the second time in 6 months. My opinion, terrible Customer Service, they act like they are doing the Customer a favor. I went in this morning and they didn't even apologize for the mistake. Don't buy a vehicle from them.
