Echo Salon Downtown Grand Rapids

I have been going to the downtown location of Echo Salon for over a year now to get my hair done and I can't say enough good things about it! The atmosphere is amazing, everyone that I come into contact with is always kind and professional, and the stylist that I go to (Kayla) always does my hair perfectly. I have told so many friends, coworkers, etc to go here as well and they all love it! If you're looking for a salon in the area, I definitely recommend!

Beautiful salon. Fabulous customer service. Professional stylists who listen, take time and even are willing to offer suggestions when the customer is looking for something different.

I had an appointment yesterday for a haircut with Bethany that couldnt have gone better. She was able to give me exactly what I was envisioning (fun layers and fringe) and she taught me some really helpful styling tricks along the way! You can tell she really cares about her clients, and Im so happy I booked my appointment! Im loving my new cut!!!
