TruKitchen took on our very large remodel project (3 full baths, an entire main floor and kitchen, trim work on entire house) and the entire team from the beginning to the end was professional and easy to do business with. Our designer Jessica was thoughtful and listened, provided insight and offered suggestions. She also was honest when we had a crazy idea that she didn't think would work, and gave us the "why" vs. just thinking we were off our rocker. Andrew, our project manager, was easy to communicate with and responsive when there were challenges. The finish selections were high quality based on our budget, and when we added things in, it was always received with a positive response. I am writing to share with you our experience with Jessica that exceeded our expectations. Jessica made multiple long trips to our home in Harbert, Michigan to work on our kitchen and family room renovation project with Insignia Homes. She was an excellent listener and innovative thinker. She provided thoughtful and practical ideas to solve the challenge of our limited kitchen space. Although we kept the same kitchen footprint, her new design provided a much more functional and spacious layout. Her aesthetic was excellent. She went beyond designing the cabinetry for our family room; she also created a stunning new fireplace and header on top so that it seamlessly blended with the existing room architecture. Jessica answered every email and phone call promptly, and was always thorough in addressing our concerns. She made the process of design and selection of colors and materials an extremely pleasant experience. She is an outstanding asset to the TruKitchens team!

From the moment we engaged with TruKitchens I knew we had made the right choice. Jessica, our designer, was very thorough and helpful as we made our decisions on all aspects of the remodel. She went shopping with us and helped us pick out everything we needed. The job was started and finished exactly on time without exception. All questions we had during the process were answered promptly and we never had to wait or chase anyone down to communicate. Andrew was our Project Manager Extraordinaire! He kept everything on track and moving to make sure we could move in by the date we had agreed on. The finished product is a work of art and we are so impressed by the fit and finish of all the work that was done. This was a big job, remodeling most of our first floor, all revolving around a beautiful new kitchen that is beyond our expectations!
