great bank they refunds all atm fees no matter what atm you use. also direct deposits happen very fast!

Customer service was horrible. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Love it here. For a very specific reason. I had to deposit some checks and was asked do you have any plans for the weekend? I responded with Absolutely, Im drinking! And with some friends! Im a little nervous about the next day as I will be at a parade though. She responded, Fun, you should try proceeds to tell me about a hangover cure product. The conversation ensues. I frequent this location because of the people. I frequent it because I feel human. This PNC has done great at creating a culture in this location, BUT the whole of PNC is closing down the people aspect for other locations. Some locations shut down altogether. I dont want to bank with a robot or some shelled out process. I go here because of connection. And if one doesnt have connection in this life, what does one really have. PNC - Dont become some corporate shell, be the PNC like this one!

I drove from one PNC to another and in both of them I have not been able to make a real deposit, which is why this bank is going to disappear because it is not a serious bank. It is useless in an emergency.
