        They are not into answering questions on the phone. They are Rude more than helpful. If they weren't member funded they might not stay in business. They need competition to maybe humble themselves. Like Realtors. sad!

      I'm sorry if you feel that we weren't responding to questions. Based upon our research, it is more likely that, when you were a member of GRAR (which is not currently the case), you didn't like what you heard. We routinely request input from members via Customer Service Surveys. We can document and are proud of our current rating of 93.99% for Very Satisfied/Satisfied.
