Originally had 3 different roofing companies come out to fix 4 leaking areas I had on my business warehouse in Bad Axe, MI. They all attempted everything they could do and basically just gave me 1-2 month band aids. Daniel Jorgensen took the time to come out to my warehouse and meet me, walked me through what he believed the problem was and was actually able to solve my problem (9 months and counting) and it wasnt even an outrageous price. Hes newer to the Lansing area but has 13 years of experience out of Chicago originally. I dont normally leave reviews, but I just want people to save the pain of cycling through half-competent roofers and just get it all done in one shot.

Our home's flat roof had been leaking on and off since a 2008 home renovation. Through the years, we contacted several roofing companies whose personnel all claimed they knew what the problem was and how to solve it. We literally spent thousands of dollars each year and the leaks continued. Finally, we contacted One Source Roofing in IL and the owner, Ron Jorgenson, sent his son, Daniel, out to take a look. Daniel immediately diagnosed the problem. When we questioned the diagnosis, he said, 'let me prove it to you.' He and his partner went to Home Depot, purchased some tarp, covered the chimneys, and requested that we let the chimneys stay covered for a month or so until a few heavy rainfalls had occured. There was no leakage in our home the entire time the chimneys were covered. Daniel diagnosed the problem, verified the diagnosis, and he, along with the rest of the One Source Roofing team, went to work and resolved the problem. This was in the summer of 2022 and we have had no leakage from either heavy rains or melting snow since the repairs were made. We highly recommend One Source Roofing for all of your roofing needs.
