My service technician from Hedlund Plumbing was George. George was prompt at arriving to my home at the scheduled time we had set up. George provided me exceptional, customer service!!! He was kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, went over, and above, with explaining the issues that I was having and answered all my questions. He corrected those issues in a timely professional manner, he was respectful in/to my home and property and cleaned up after himself. George provided me exceptional customer service and problem resolution! He treated me as a valued customer. I definitely highly recommend George and Hedlund Plumbling.

I called Hedlund to get an estimate of what it would take to run a gas line from my basement to my kitchen for a gas range. The line in the basement is just below my kitchen. A Service Professor heating and cooling guy shows up and says they normally don't do that sort of thing and then proceeds to give me an outrageous estimate (> $2,500). And I was rewarded with a $79 service call fee. Never again!

Cost for labour is ridiculous. They charge 630 for a new garbage disposal.

I've used Hedlund Plumbing for several years. They installed a laundry tub and most recently cleaned my drains. They've always been professional and got the job done efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
