        I am was so impressed with Donna Farrington, Office Mgr. She went out of her way, above and beyond to get me into a new home. She is very knowledgeable and double checks to dot all the i's and cross all the t's in a lengthy lease. She was very pleasant and her Park was in very good condition. I highly recommend The Grand Ledge Ravines MHC, for anyone looking for a new manufactured home.

        Once again I come home from work and the water is shut off ..but the rent goes up every yearIf you dont need water this place is for you!

        We just moved in & so far it's been wonderful & quiet. We are truly loving it here. Donna went above & beyond to help us get a mobile home & we are so grateful for her. We are truly looking forward to living here for awhile.

      Hi Karen,We apologize for the inconvenience. There was a leak in the main water line that caused water to shut off temporarily. This is currently being worked on and water should be back on by 5pm today!
