I hired Snyder's Landscaping to install an irrigation system in 2022. One month after installation, during a follow-up visit, there was an issue with the control panel, which disabled the system's use. I tried to work with Snyder's for assistance; Eve told me the issue would be corrected the following spring (2023). When I spoke to her in the summer of 2023, Eve said she would reach out to the company that made the product. When I didn't hear back by late summer or early fall, I called again, and Eve said she never heard back from the company. I asked if that was an example of good customer service, and she said it wasn't. It's now been two years since the installation, and I have made several attempts to contact Snyder's to remedy the situation, including sending a registered letter to the owner, which was returned. Three months ago, I left a message for the manager asking him to contact me, which went nowhere. This situation has been very frustrating, costly, and ultimately disappointing.

We hired Snyder's to put in a patio circa 2015 and we have actually been very happy with the block patio, but we're very unhappy with the wood steps to the house and they did a very poor job replacing the large amount of our lawn that they disturbed (after all these years, that part of our lawn is still messed up). Despite the issues with the steps and the lawn, we would probably never have written this review, but the wood steps started to fail and when we replaced them this weekend we found that the posts into the ground were already rotted through and that they clearly did not use treated wood! Completely unacceptable, and I wanted to warn others to be cautious if considering using this business. UPDATE 9/22/2023 - Not using treated wood (which you do not deny in your replay today) is completely unacceptable and goes far beyond the work not being your "expertise". Your response today completely confirms my decision to post a review to warn those thinking of doing business with you.

Trimmers don't know how to trim. They cut off leaves of plants in my landscape beds and scalp the grass. I have asked numerous times that they don't trim on my property but they do it anyway. Today I went out immediately after they mowed and trimmed myself and then they came and trimmed even though there was no need to trim.
