I saw Dr. Grimm for a tooth extraction. He and his staff were amazing. I am a very nervous dental patient and Dr. Grimm immediately put me at ease. I felt nothing during the procedure and he was done in minutes. I would recommend Dr. Grimm to anyone, especially nervous patients. His easy-going demeanor and painless technique will make this usually unpleasant experience seem like a walk in the park! Thank you, Dr. Grimm!!

THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! If you're looking for a new dentist/dental community and suffer from dental anxiety, this is the place you need to go to! Everyone here is so friendly and kind! When you call you'll more than likely speak to Chela, she is so sweet and has such a cute bubbly personality! She was able to answer every question I had and I was able to schedule my first appointment two days after my first call! When I went in I was so shocked by how genuinely nice and kind everyone was! Sierra cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle! She kindly answered every question I had and even gave me advice on what my best dental treatments would be. When she was was done I met with the wonderful Dr. Bates! He discussed my dental plan with me and reassured me I'll have the smile I've always wanted soon! When I went back to the front to schedule my next appointment with Chela she offered me a cancellation spot they had for 30 minutes later! I obviously said yes! I was able to see Dr. Bates and his super nice assistant Lana to have a crown put on a molar. It seemed to go by so fast even without anxiety medication! Everyone here did such an amazing job! It was such an awesome experience! It's super easy to get an appointment! I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Askari at the East Lansing location soon! I am genuinely so happy and can't wait until my next appointment here at Grand Ledge Smiles! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Extra bonus is I accidentally left my glasses and I was notified by Lana before I even left the parking lot!
