        Shout out to Mister Car Wash in Grand Ledge. I pulled in this afternoon to discuss a billing issue. Rather than being directed to the app, a website, or a company hotline, the attendant (a manpossibly the manager???) listened to my issue, took down my information, and said he would follow up with the company so I wouldnt have to spend time calling myself and re-explain the situation. In less than an hour he called me to share the resolution. He had taken care of everything. Good customer service seems rare lately, but the help from Mister Car Wash in Grand Ledge went beyond good customer service.
