        This is my favorite place Ive ever lived because of the charm of the old factory, the big windows and light, the beauty of the wood and river, my love of seeing the train, the wildlife, access to the trails and park, being so close to downtown, and the care and kindness of the management team here. We can hear our neighbors sometimes, but Ive experienced that in most apartment buildings Ive lived in. Ive lived here a year and excited for the next one!

        Wow what can I say about Riverwalk?! Hillary the manager takes the bull by the horns and makes what is usually a daunting task (moving into a new place) a piece of cake! Beautiful apartments, friendly people, hard working staff. This place checks all the boxes. Im very pleased with my new place:).
