Love getaway but these cabin are definitely showing some ware. Edit: The getaway staff has been amazingly helpful after my last stay, in reaching out and helping to remedy the issues. Their staffing is wonderful

It was a great visit very peaceful I didnt want to leave Lol clean and they accommodated well we definitely recommend it and we cant wait to come back!!!

This is my second time staying at Getaway. First was Starved Rock location. Had a great experience. Cannot say the same about Barber Creek location. Upon walking in, there were so many dead ants all along the door way. Live ants all over the kitchen area. I killed at least 20+ ants while trying to cook my dinner. I was so disgusted didnt even eat at that point threw away all the food and left. I traveled a long way for this experience and left very disappointed. There was no way I was spending a night in that cabin with so many ants crawling on the floor and walls. Along with being on the bed. The shower also had dead ants inside overall cleanliness was horrible. Will not be returning.
