        I switched to Integrity Tax group about 3 years ago. I love how nice the people there are and I feel like my tax preparer always gets the most back for me. I also love that when I go in there, she always remembers who I am and ask about my kids. I feel like they really care about their clients. ❤️

        The tax preparer we previously used from Integrity quit and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get our tax return filed. I've called many times, finally got ahold of someone who said they would call me back to see who we were transferred and never did. We've been a customer for many years and I am extremely disappointed. Our return is now late and we will be going elsewhere from now on.

        I have been using Integrity for years and have a lot of respect for staff. However, the communication has been awful! I run a very successful small business and they are charging me weekly for consulting but rarely get back with me on questions or critical matters.
