Called Advanced, they quoted me an outrageous rate to pump out my septic tank. Took many months to get the complete bill, as they were out several times to "diagnose" the problem. Owner was completely rude to me, was rude to other customers while on the phone during my service call. At one point, the owner came to my house to physically threaten me after non-payment. Same overflow happened a few months later, and Rapid flush actually camera'd my lines and found roots. They do not provide Solutions, only headaches and a fear that the owner will come harrass you at any moment!

Would rate a zero but unable. Bought a dishwasher from Whirlpool and they were unable to install so I called here and was told they would be able to install dishwasher easily. Incorrect. First attempt to install dishwasher they hooked up incorrectly and water ran through the floor into my finished basement. When I spoke to the owner I was told that sometimes happens and I can buy Kilz to fix the ceiling. Waited two months for the bill and when finally charged we called back to remind them they installed incorrectly and flooded the ceiling. They had NO IDEA this happened and sent another crew out. This crew installed the dishwasher correctly and quickly so whoever they are please exclude them from this review. They did a great job. Expected to be billed for only first or second attempt since they ruined my basement ceiling and dishwasher wasnt installed correctly first time.. but they billed for both saying people have bills to pay. easy way to pay your bills installing a dishwasher incorrectly and then having to have a second team come out when you charge by the hour. Smart business move I guess..

I did not have water for two days over the holiday weekend. I talk to them at 8:30 Tuesday morning by 2 oclock. They had water back for me. Very polite and professional! Cleaned up after themselves and did a super job! Highly recommend this company to anybody!!
