Bill is hard to get ahold of as far as answering the phone or scheduling. To make things worse he didnt fix my house exterior sprinkler system piping correctly. So I had to hire a professional local plumbing to fix his mistake.

I live in Grand Haven Mi- not sure why yelp has my location as San Fran.  I wish I lived there.  Any way- the review-Showed up in March and gave us a quote for our entire front and backyard landscaping, adding concrete and installing an irrigation system.  Says he will be done in 4 weeks.   Showed up and did the clean-up and tree removal work and started on the irrigation. He sent us a bill for the cleanup and tree removal.  We pay the bill.  2 weeks go by, and he is a no show.  Called him and he claimed he was busy with other projects.  Weeks later he says he can't do the concrete work.  Ok -we had to scramble to find someone else.  Weeks later he hasn't finished the irrigation for the front or back yard and my plants are arriving soon.  He says he can't find a plumber to install the required backflow preventor.  Ok- we find a plumber and get the backflow installed.  He shows up and finishes the back yard irrigation, but not the front yard.  He sends us a bill for the entire irrigation costs.  We pay him for the back yard, less the cost of the backflow preventor.  He sues us.  We go to court and the Judge, obviously, sides with us.  This guy is an asshole.  Avoid at all cost!

I used Bill Brolick Landscaping because he seemed pretty straight forward, had good reviews on here, and seemed really helpful since this was my first time needing landscaping from the ground up but it became a nightmare. See pictures. I paid him over $10k to have landscaping installed and it wasn't worth any of that! He didn't bring in the top soil high enough. He used the cheapest seed and it hardly grew. He said that I would have full grass and probably needing to mow in 3 weeks with the hydro seed he used. That was a lie, it took almost two months before I even saw any grass at all and it was so thinly sparse that it looked awful and was riddled with weeds! I asked him to come by and to look at how the lawn came in and he never came. I had to have Mike Rose come in and fix the lawn costing me more money. The trees he installed almost died because he or one of his workers touched them with their bare hands causing the branches to turn brown and break. This was the worst case scenario experience and then some! All of my neighbor's used a different company and theirs looked NOTHING like mine when their grass started to grow. Please never use this company!
