What a joke. I'm getting charged for a service that I specifically requested to be canceled. They owe me $44 for a month that I did not want to pay for. I asked for it to be canceled after the month of October, and I was told it would be. Ridiculous. I do not recommend them at all. I can also never get a hold of someone when I call.

I've been with them for 7 years. Things were really good until the last few months. We had some issues with the internet seeming really slow, so we called to have a technician come out to our house. I had to leave several messages before they called me back, which was different, because they used to be really responsive. The technician (don't know his name, but I've had him out several times to move the receiver from one apartment to another and then to our house; he is a really great nice guy) came out and ran test and tried to troubleshoot, but there was a network issue that he said he'd have to talk with the office about. Since then, we've played phone tag, with me making at least 10 calls leaving voicemails (technical service is NEVER available) and them calling back 2 or 3 times. I've tried to get ahold of every department there, since technical support never answers the phone. I'm really disappointed because our service is still not up to speed and I can't get any help. I'm going to drop them this week if they don't make contact.
