DISGUSTING! DIRTY! First room had nasty stained dirty comforter on the bed. Second room had crusted food and grease on table between beds, black curly hair in one bed and a dried macaroni noodle stuck to the top sheet. Dirt on the bathroom floor, grime in the tub, a rusty cracked very old fridge. We asked for a refund and to not stay. The guy at the desk, with three toddlers running around, said he was new and we could not have a refund. He could however show us another room, we passed. Do not book the roadway inn in grand haven.

The place looks good upon approach room screen service. Not the best. Unwilling have any patience when it comes to dealing with customers. The location itself is far out of the main road so you can measure it I will say the rooms are clean for the most part And the place was decent I would recommend It's not the best place but by far not the worst

Manager is great! I have stayed here for a month straight so far. He takes care of his quests and any concerns! Rooms: Rooms are great!

Best hotel Ive stayed at, they are very easy to deal with and the young guy that took care of getting me my room was great and easy to work with. Would recommend this hotel, stayed 33 days and it was a great stay
