We cannot thank the Klaassen family enough for their support and professionalism these past few months. We tragically lost our Mother on Easter Sunday. Scott helped us plan a beautiful, traditional funeral and understood exactly what we wanted. He listened to us and guided us through the process during the most devastating time for our family. A special thank you to Jeri as well for her kindness and patience, helping us design a marker and other details. My sister and I pre-planned our moms funeral, and contacted the Klaassen Family Funeral Home a year in advance of her passing. During that time we got to know Klaassen well. From our initial contact through post-service follow-up, Klaassen staff were knowledgeable, respectful and, importantly, shared laughter with us. Moreover, they were receptive to our requests, which included transporting our mom across the state, from Grand Haven to Wayne, her hometown, where she wished to be buried. The word family in Klaassen Family Funeral Home has a broad meaning. During our interactions, Klaassens staff treated my sister and me like close family.
