Kyle Kramer, DO

When this was Dr. Dixon's office, it was the best. Everyone in the office knew you and treated you with respect. It's been several years since Dixon retired and I have never met Dr. Kyle Kramer. Donna is great but the rest of the people in the office are pretty stale and rude. I've been with this office for approximately 40 years. I made the choice to leave because I no longer felt comfortable there.

Worst doctors office Do Not Trust these people with your life. They play guessing games with your life and have no communication. If you tell them that you feel they are not looking in the best interest of your health they will discharge you as a patient. Just for voicing your concerns and advocating for yourself. Not just that but they missed diagnosing Lyme disease and let me suffer for ever with the symptoms. They don't really pay attention to your chart. When I voiced concern about them having the right scans and voiced concern because the scam said I had a gall bladder which was removed 10 yrs prior. They said they would have the radiologist fix it to say gall bladder absent. Then when I voiced concern about the same scan saying my clip was on my tube but in previous scan the clip was in the right midline they said the other one was probably a fluke. So the clip must have placed itself back where it belongs. I really hope if you have to go here you prolly should just plan on being in pain for the rest of your life. They make you feel small. He couldn't even tell me why he had me on certain meds.

We absolutely love Dr. Kramer, both of my boys see him and he is so kind and sweet with our kiddos. He is not only just kind he is a great practitioner and great communicator, he is very thorough with exams and concerns, always willing to take the time to discuss everything and nothing is ever missed. He is also great at making you feel like you are doing the best at being a parent, sometimes you can feel judged by others as a parent, and he has always been so encouraging and supportive of the decisions we make as parents.

Ordered a routine blood test for a work physical and he added two extra tests I didn't need that cost me an extra $130. Another time I had a hernia and I called to schedule an appointment and he wouldn't see me for a month. I had to go to a walk-in clinic and the doctor at the clinic called him and told him to see me immediately. I no long go to him. Very poor.
