I tried calling here to book an appointment and nobody returned my call. I'm not sure how you staybin business when you don't return calls.

Awesome dental practice! 2 weeks ago I broke part of my tooth. I saw Dr. Pellegrom and it proved to be more serious then first thought once he started working on it. He did an awesome job and called the next day to see how I was doing.

I only went here for three appointments. At first the staff and dentist seemed very nice. However, the office isn't always easy to contact. On two separate occasions someone was supposed to call me to schedule my next appointment and I never received a call. The first time the receptionist admitted that she forgot to return my call. The second time I was told that I'd recieve a call the next day to schedule my next appointment and I never received a call. I tried calling the office due to having pain and never received a call back. I was excited to go to this office and have all of my dental needs met. I feel as though the dentist was overwhlemed with the amount of dental work I am in need of and did not want to do the work and should have been honest from the beginning if he or the office staff felt they weren't able to assist me or have me as a patient instead of ghosting me and leaving me in severe pain for almost two weeks.
