Had a great experience upgrading a line. Josh was great to work with. He clearly explained everything and laid out all the options without pressuring us. *** UPDATE: I have to drop it to 4 stars. When I saw my projected new bill it was much higher than what I walked out of the store with in writing. When I chatted with a Verizon rep, they said that 4 of my lines were showing a $10 a month charge for Apple Music. Either I was told it was included free for a few months or I said no to it, can't remember which, but I definitely did not want to pay for it. I'm not sure where the blame lies (and I'm not looking to point fingers), but this was an unwelcome surprise. Everything else from my original review is still accurate.
