There good at getting you in a car of there choice if your credit not so good. Then tell you pay good on time for 6 months to a year then you can switch up. All lies. Once your locked in with the first agreement and all the extra stuff they have you pay for with your car bundle. Your stuck. You try to change up later. They tell you your credit still the same. You stuck in this car.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. Worst experience ever. Bought a car certified pre-owned and have been treated like I bought it as-is since we left the lot. No customer service, no upholding the certified pre-owned fliers displayed all over inside when youre buying. Terrible, terrible place to work with.0 ethics, 0 professionalism, 0% chance I will ever work with them again. Shouldve stuck with Al Serra.
