        This has been the worst experience of my life. Richard Warren is incapable of returning phone calls or getting any paperwork done in a timely manner. He will lie to you week after week day after day, giving you the same story over and over and over. We have been trying to close on our home with all the paperwork gathered ('by myself) because Richard Warren's was unable to make phone calls and gather the information that he needed I had to go and gather that information. I am now being told he's reaching out it's only a signature, yet that was 5 weeks ago, and still no signature, and he's not reached out to anyone associated. So if you want to get jerked around Bell titles is for you. Spend your money somewhere else. This is a horrible experience. What should be a great experience of PAYING OFF my home has turned into an absolute nightmare. Thanks, Richard Warren, for being so awful at your job and having the worst customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
