        Was charged for adding bacon to an already chicken bacon ranch and wasn't allowed to substitute the chicken for the other type of chicken for the sandwich which I came in two weeks beforehand and was allowed to. Customer service sucks here and you have to tell them multiple times on how to prepare the sandwich to your liking, the manager talks down to her employees and it definitely makes you uncomfortable. I would suggest going to a different subway.

        Monet and Kaylee are great representatives of Subway! They provided excellent customer service and great tasting food. My dining partner accidentally picked up a fountain drink cup instead of a water cup. When I brought it to Monet and Kaylee's attention, they handled the matter kindly and with discretion. Thank you for these two awesome team members!
