HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, had a tooth pulled which resulted with dry socket, was told before procedure if i experience any issues contact them immediately and they would have me come in to assist in matter. Well 2 days later I experienced problems and called and person on the phone was very nasty to me, told me there was no need to come in just continue with the instructions that I was given and than she hung the phone up on me. Also their billing process is HORRIFIC, they get their $$$ upfront and could care less when you receive your reimbursement from your insurance provider, my procedure was Nov. the 7th, today is January 23rd, and they still haven't submitted my paperwork to my carrier. I called the office twice in DEC. left message with no return call, went to office once in Dec. talked to someone named Megan, was told it was submitted on Dec 2nd which I found out later was a LIE, have called the office so far twice in Jan. and left messages to please return my call, no response, left me no other choice than to call my credit card company and reverse the charges I had already paid them!!!! Had two other people scheduled to go to them, that have since changed their minds, based on my AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth out and took the pain medicines as prescribed. It was 2 days after surgery and she was still in alot of pain so I called the office at 9am they didn't call back till 330pm and the lady questioned me and was very rude and told me there wasn't anything she could do the doctor was gone. Well duh if she would of called back in a timely manner the doctor would still have been there. It also says the 3rd day is the worst. This was on a Friday I called and the paperwork specifically says to call during office hours if pain medicine maybe needed. Needless to say my daughter was in terrible pain all weekend. Terrible service.

Dr. Hukill and her staff did an amazing job. Her and her staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Coming from someone who has high anxiety for surgery. They did a great job comforting me. Highly recommed them for any oral surgery needs.

Dr. Orzech is the BEST oral surgeon. If you are very anxious or worried about someone looking in your mouth go here. Everyone in this building is amazing and wonderful. I have all my wisdom teeth removed plus an implant done. No bad pain at all. The best place ever!
