This place runs as a true team! The shop talk was positive and made my heart warm. It seems like an awesome place to work! The service is very fast for how they look over everything on the vehicle and hit every check on their list to keep their customers safe on the road! I had Quentin H. today and he was a real gem! He had a smile on his face, was very polite, and explained EVERYTHING he was offering and/or doing with my vehicle before and during. Connor was helping get my oil change done and he was extremely nice and helpful. I had my tires rotated, so I was walked to a waiting area. When I came back, Travis was holding the door open for me like a real gentleman. The manners here are top notch! I always feel comfortable and wanting to come back. Even the manager Bob was out in the shop helping, which screams the word "leader" to me. Quentin was about to go get the service invoice when David popped up right behind him seeing he already got it for him! I was seriously impressed with the teamwork this place has! When I left, every person who helped me told me to have a nice day with a smile on their face. Thank you Valvoline team for always making me feel comfortable and confident I'll be safe on the road! -SPDRGL

These guys are Amazing! I have been using them since I moved to Grand Blanc 12 years ago. The price points may be a little higher then most, but YOU won't find better service anywhere. Knowledgeable, curiosity and extremely efficient. Thanks guys for all your help over he years, well done!!
