The perfect realtor for first home buyers. Her connections alone make this a 5 star review. Starting from the home inspector that is detailed and knowledgeable. The loan officer that is always ready to pick up the phone when you call. Kimber presents herself in a professional manner and will walk through the house with you as if she's buying it herself. I felt comfortable and informed through every step of the process. Not once did I feel out of the loop. Their office staff is far from incompetent, knowing who you are when they answer and are able to answer any questions you have giving me the impression that they are systematically organized. If you have children looking for their first house or if you know of anybody that's looking I HIGHLY suggest contacting kimber or any other realtors from impact agents.
