Had the absolute worst experience with Blue Flame Heating & Cooling. I called and asked if they offer an option to have someone come and assess my water heater and pull a permit, due to the fact that the original installer did not (this is something the that city inspector informed us had to be done). They said yes this is something we offer and shared their price. We made the appt and there apparently was a mix up in the timing of the appt. We resolved the issue of the timing and my husband who had been waiting over an hour beyond the time they were supposed to show up agreed to wait the additional 20 minutes. I then received a call from the owner who says I hear you had an attitude and asked me to call you? Which by the way I never asked him to call me. I expressed to him my frustration with waiting over an hour and no one took 2 seconds to call and say hey we are running behind, we can be there by 430. After listening to him repeatedly cut me off and make excuses as to what happened the OWNER of the company said to me You should be grateful. We are doing you a favor. You should have pulled the permit the 1st time when it was installed. You should be grateful for the fact that we are willing to do this for you. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by a company. When I am paying you to provide a service that you stated you offer, you are not doing me a favor. You are selling me a service that I am paying for. Businesses exist because of customers.
