It was an amazing stay, the rooms are very chic, the breakfast is amazing! They do a great job, the only thing is when we asked for housekeeping we gave them an hour and a half out of the room to clean and they skipped our room when they were only two doors down. Breakfast and front desk lady's were amazing, Porsha in housekeeping not so much.

I can not believe how absolutely unprofessional this management company is. The new GM tried coming to my house. Followed me. Got out of his car at a stop and was banging on my car window screaming at me They allowed this to happen. Instead of repercussions for that said GM they pretty much forced me to quit in telling me I had to show up for my shift even though I told them I cant be around him (police report and harassment charges filed). Its ridiculous everything this company allows. Not only this. I have three years of stuff I can add. Horrible management that I would suggest DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! Let me edit: Jason the regional manager sleeps with his employees. Have multiple women that will attest to this. They care more about letting their friends have jobs Than the actual business being run correctly.. They tried to scare me to come back after everything they did to me. Rather then own up to what they allow their management to do. Edit: He just brought back one of the girls he is sleeping with makes sense why he pushed me out to bring a girl he has been banging WOW PINNACLE MANAGEMET!
