The guy was friendly after finding a pretty bad leak under my place he said after I called a plumber he would come back. When I called the office the lady said they fixed my electrical in the kitchen complementary & explained the steps j needed to take before they can fix the electrical. Looking forward to working with them again soon.

BKW was very professional from initial contact to install of my Generac generator. They arrived at the promised time, were very professional and meticulous with the install, cleaned the job site after install and stayed to demonstrate the product and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services!

We recently added a in-ground pool and asked BKW to do all of the electric prep and installation. BKW and Brock were responsive, prompt, professional, flexible, and coordinated well with the other contractors on the project. The Township inspectors had no problems with his work. Many times he would show up early, do a few things so the pool guys could move forward and be gone before the pool guys were on site. Brock is a pleasant guy to talk to and willing to listen to changes suggested by the homeowner and explain why things were being done in a certain sequence to get the end results that we wanted and would be happy with. His invoice for materials and labor was very reasonable and I think it was a bargain for everything that had to be done. I would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend BKW and Brock. I need to add that our nickname for the BKW is : Brock Kilo-Watt Services: General construction, Remodeling, Ground wire installation, Installation, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Outdoor lighting installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation
