Don't waste your time going to other dealers who don't have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from . . . Al Serra is the only one to do business with . . . I must have done research and looked at 20 other dealerships who didn't even have any inventory. Everyone I spoke with through the process was welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and worked together as one team and provided me the most pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. A very special thank you to Kevin Yzquierdo who went above and beyond to make the sale happen for me. He deserves recognition for being a super salesman, who is very knowledgeable/educated about all the cars he is selling. Kevin's approachable, down-to-earth and likeable personality, along with his humor, made me feel confident in the purchase I was making. I couldn't be more happy or thrilled with my new vehicle! Do not get your vehicle detailed here. I got mine back, after paying $300, with a big scratch across my $1300 Alpine system screen. And, many areas of my Jeep were still very dirty. Al Serra was not at all apologetic or helpful with this issue of a scratched screen. The manager said to ask the one who installed it, how much it would cost to replace the screen and he would determine if they would do anything about it. He acted as if it was no big deal. It was a big deal to me. I called the one who installed the Alpine system for me and checked with Alpine too. You cannot replace the screen. It's a one piece unit. It will cost me $1399 for a new unit and not sure how much more for install. Al Serra's attitude towards their mistake, was unacceptable. They didn't even care what they had done. I will say that Lindsey, the gal who waited on me in the service area, did a great job.
