noncommittal on repair timing, still can't answer when, causing me to loss money and business for not having a firm date as to when the repairs will be completed. After contacting them I am now having to contact Ford Motor Companies service parts group to get my own parts so my truck and get completed. they no problem giving me that responsibility as if it was no big deal. "let me know what you find out so we can finish the repair"

Amy, Brandon, and the rest of the crew were so nice and professional! There were some mistakes made the first time my vehicle was repaired. The manager got back with me immediately and was so kind and understanding. They immediately got my vehicle back in and fixed the mistakes quickly. It's as good as new! I appreciate a business like this!
