Two weeks ago, they did the fall preventative maintenance. Supposedly changed the furnace filter, checked the smoke detectors, cleaned the bathroom exhaust fan. Now, receive a notice that the supervisor is entering the apartments to make sure the maintenance was completed by their technicians. If they don't trust their technicians to do the job, why should we trust them to come into our apartments when we aren't home. Also, when the supervisor came in to check on the work, he went into the kitchen to look around. There is no smoke detector, bathroom exhaust fan, or furnace filter in the kitchen. He neither looked at the furnace filter or checked to see if the bathroom fan was cleaned. Sounds like an excuse to snoop around and enter without permission of the resident. If anyone is looking at this review and considering moving in, be aware that building two is noisy. There are dogs that bark at all hours of the night and people fighting and yelling at each other at all hours of the night, Not a bad place if you aren't looking for a place to sleep and if the stink of pot in the hallways doesn't bother you. 10-7-23. Regarding owner response. You were misleading in your notice to me as to why you were entering the apartment. Your letter said it was just a follow up to review fall maintenance was done correctly but in your response, it's a pre-walk to check appliances for next resident. Keep changing your story till you get it right...

Dane was awesome in getting my daughter and I into our preferred floor plan. The entire process was the best I've experienced to date. I locked myself out of my building (not used to living in a secure building), not only did Dane come and unlock the building, he helped me carry my purchases to my apartment.

Did a tour and calls with Holley, who made the not only the townhomes more appealing, but the local area as well. She definitely bumped it to the top of my potential move-ins.

I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could but google doesn't allow that. I moved here after living in a terrible apartment and this is 10x better than my previous place. It is much quieter 90% of the time which Im grateful for. The place is spacious, all staff is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be interested to see how much my rent increases by in November with my new lease as my hope is to renew if reasonable. The only complaint is half the neighbors with dogs dont pick up after their dogs especially in the winter and not much is done about it. I know there is only so much management can do about this but I wish there was moreit makes it hard to want to use the dog park when my dog is stepping in it half the time. ETA: Now that I have been here almost a year I can say this change was good for me and re-signing was something I was happy to do especially since the increase was minimal. Even with a new set of neighbors moving in and having noise issues, management is always on top of it. They were receptive to the complaints and made sure to contact the tenants right away in multiple forms of communication. My other neighbors are great, friendly, and quiet. The place has plenty of parking and communicates efficiently when changes are being made (social media and email). It is a great place to have a dog as well. I find that other tenants are super friendly with their pets and respect boundaries as well which is a rare find. Most of my actual complaints have to do with certain tenants (i.e. noise or dog poop) but management does their best to stay on top of any issues to ensure tenants are happy. Maintenance is also pretty good. When I was having A/C issues they just replaced it with a newer model and it was working more efficiently. Everyone who works here is also very nice and they don't make you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

Ive obviously lived here too long. They have raised my rent over 90 dollars this year and last year they raised it over 70. Constant complaint to the office about parking and issues and with apartment itself. Have to pay for a car port but apparently you can park as many cars as you would like in the normal parking lot and store your vehicle for weeks on end. I had an issue with my shower took them weeks to actually get it fixed and after they fixed it my shower started peeling from the sealer they put in my tub, also did not cover mirrors or anything up so I had/have a film all over my mirror and counters. My kitchen looks like the appliances are from 1983 but gotta keep raising that rent for god knows what. Im assuming last year it was for the new salt water pool that I cant even use because that isnt monitored either and everyone comes to use it. People that dont live here with a lot of them being rude and disrespectful. For paying over 1000 a month Ive been extremely disappointed in this complex.
