Riverwalk Place

My gosh, where do I start. Honestly this place was like a fairy tale . Took my wife here for our 16th anniversary. Now mind you we travel quite a bit, from Florida to Jamaica to other states in the U.S. By far this was the nicest resort we have ever stayed in. 2 bedroom suite, with 3 bathrooms. Huge living room absolutely breathtaking kitchen area. 14 foot ceilings, the decor was fantastic. The commons area on the third floor was absolutely perfect. The staff from the kitchen manager who went out of his way to make sure my food was super safe both Friday and Saturday evening. I have a very severe shellfish allergy and he handled it like a true pro. The hotel manager front desk lady....wow just wow. She helped me with so many ideas when setting up the reservations and then when we arrived everything was perfect from the flowers and chocolates to the spa reservations. Ma'am you were so right on the food in the restaurant....so amazing. Definate 10 out of 5. Will absolutely 150% be going back.

Lacey did an AMAZING job with my facial and Autumn was great as well for the morrocan oil treatment! This spa is a 10/10 and my family and I are excited to come next year! FYI Lacey, the products you prescribed work amazing! Seeing great response from the treatment!

Fairly happy there was an available room in town for my visit to the area... it wasn't as luxurious as I expected, but nice. The mattress was TOO soft and took a while to get comfortable. The double charge on my credit card was not expected... But got resolved. Food & drinks: Inside the building has a restaurant that was convenient, tasted good too
