        I literally just took my 3 year son in there and the short black hair lady cut the back of his head, his colic, and then shaved the same length it already is on the back. I have a right before an after picture. My son was crying. But everywhere I take him actually cut his hair. 16 dollars for what.. I had to ask her to cut the back and side again and she did then refused to finish. He's 3 they cry. Why even say yes if your not Goin to try. I could have went else where. I had 40 bucks for her. She didn't get it. She got the 16 an even that was to much..don't take your kids there

        So Ive been a customer for a long time and twice now I've come for a haircut during open hours to find it closed. No sign on the door, no change in hours. Im pretty done going here.

      Hi Heather. We're sorry your visit to our salon wasn't what you hoped for. Our stylists work with young children daily and are very good at it. Many young children look forward to getting their haircut at Grondin's because our stylists work well with them. That said when one of our stylists says it's no longer safe to try cutting the hair of an upset child, they're correct, and it's not a good idea to continue. We sincerely hope you and your three-year-old come back in for your next haircut. Have a wonderful day!
