It's literally impossible to even get ahold of them. You call and call and leave voice-mail and still no phone call returned . If they are that busy and can't take you on then maybe they should refer you to someone who can help you.. Or if your short staff maybe hire more office people to call people back to point them in the direction of someone helping . Dont wait around on them ..

Did not call me back about a dog attack, I called and finally someone answered the phone after several calls then they said call me back , I didn't hear my phone ring I called back and someone answered phone and was very rude and told me to stop calling, I just wanted some answers about what I should do about a dog attacking me and bitting me, very unprofessional

Incredibly knowledgeable Lawyer who takes time to represent your best interests. She is very busy but if you simply call the office and set up a schedule phone meeting, Ive never had issues with getting in contacting with her. She is the right lawyer to have on your side.
