        Teressa (boss) is two faced, and will take advantage of you as an employee. MID shift is expected to work 11pm-7am alone taking care of 25 elderly residents - WHICH IS INSANE. Plus! Don't bother putting in your 2 week notice if you decide to change careers, because she'll just fire you, and replace you with a teenager to take care of those vulnerable residents ALONE. If you love your family member please find another home with ADEQUATE staffing.
