        I had a gift card for Dickeys and I decided to stop in and give the Jension location a try. I ordered a 2 meat plate +sides. + prompt, friendly service, answered a question I had. + the spicy BBQ sauce was phenomenal, as well as the slaw and Mac n cheese + their app is very user friendly - The meats (Pork and brisket) had great smoke flavor and seasoning, but were very dry. Maybe I got some end cuts? - place felt like it needs a good cleaning. Bathroom I used had no soap, smelled of urine, and couldve used a good scrubbing. Condiments station was a bit grimy, standing water was accumulating to the point of spilling on the ground in the pop machine well. - overall Id rate this place 3 stars, given the reasons above at $18 it was not the best value, maybe Id try another location in the future.

        I was pleasantly surprised by this place . The pulled pork sandwich is lightly seasoned and the sweet bbq sauce was just right. The brisket is my favorite with some of the green beans on the side. It has become one of my new fav places to grab a bite.

        This place used to be good but the last three times I ordered it was via through doordash. The experience have not been great. First time, they forgot a side and bbq sauce, second time they gave the wrong meat for one of the two 3 meat plates. Today no Texas toast. I realize mistakes happen, but messing up orders seems to be the only consistency this place has to offer.

        The other day while I was there picking up an order they were out of ribs and potatoes. Not many vegan or gluten free options. Came back another day; they didn't start the mobile order until I was already there for a couple minutes.
