I wish I could give project manager Shawn Lupton-Campbell and her team 10 stars. I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my lifetime-in any industry. Shawn went above and beyond in helping me clean up my elderly mother's home and there is no way any of this could have happened without her. She was sensitive to my mom while undertaking a huge job and they returned the basement to a level of cleanliness I never thought possible. They helped with other areas in the house as well and anything they touched was left sparkling! I couldn't give a higher recommendation to Servpro and Shawn's team!! I am forever grateful

During a recent heavy rain event, our roof was left un-tarped by the contractor installing our new metal roof, which allowed copious amounts of water to penetrate into the attic and subsequently into every upstairs room as well as over 60% of the rooms in the finished basement. Upon the recommendation from the insurance agent, my wife called SERVPRO immediately, and by that afternoon, Project Manager, Dan Preston, was on scene making an initial assessment of the situation and damages. Realizing the scope of the damage, he arranged for an army of technicians and the appropriate equipment to arrive early the next morning. The water remediation team was headed up by Project Manager, Amber, her assistant Yvonne and technicians Don Rebone, Shaun, Tim, Cody, Brandie, Anthony and numerous other crew members. Amber was phenomenal. She was exceptionally professional and quickly explained the entire process to us and described what we should expect over the next week, depending on what damage the technicians found. She was a great team leader and handled many external crisis' simultaneously. Definitely knows her stuff. She and Yvonne also did a fantastic job packing our belongings that were being moved to the safety of downstairs. Along with Brandie, if we ever decide to move, we're hiring the three of them to do our packing. Yvonne was a phenomenal player as well. She too, was very professional and knowledgeable about the process, often stepping into the leadership role when Amber was unavailable. She also took time to answer questions and explain any findings. She's a great asset to the team. Shaun was the Lead Technician for much of the project. He was always available to answer questions and discuss solutions for the way forward. Like everyone on this team, Shaun was very meticulous and committed to excellence. Don Rebone was also an exceptional part of the team. Although his services were required at another location for much of this project, he was very energetic and eager to explain any part of the task he was involved in. Anthony was the rock star of the attic. He and his crew spent many uncomfortable hours sucking out and shoveling over 2000 s.f. of wet, blown-in insulation. Their expediency in removing the wet insulation from the top of the drywall ceiling, saved what could have been thousands of dollars in damages had the ceilings collapsed. Our hats off to ALL the attic crew and ALL technicians for their relentless efforts to help save our property, and more importantly, our home. Finally, we would to express our gratitude to Brandie, the world's fastest china packer. Because there was a risk of ceiling collapse and eventual repair work, it was recommended to pack up all valuables and move them to a safe location. Brandie was in charge of packing the china cabinet, which had many pieces with sentimental value. She not only packed with the delicacy and skill of a professional mover, but she did so with great efficiency and speed. Someone needs to clone her. SERVPRO is continuing to work on our home. While the water remediation efforts are complete, we are awaiting news on the commencement of the repair activities. We have no doubt those jobs will be accomplished with the same pride and excellence of the remediation team. Sam and Kerry Scinta
