Munson Urgent Care - Gaylord

They are very slow and rude. I took my son there I had to sit in my car for a hour because they have no heat. And they call me to room and made me wait forever in there.

Great experience start to finish when my kiddo was sick. Munson Walk In has made MUCH needed improvements. From registration process to seeing the nurse and doctor. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

From out of town with a terrible toothache. Went here and from the front office staff, medical assistant and doctor were all extremely nice and was treated very well!! In the future if the need arises I will come here!!

Super, duper slow service. We were the only people there and it took forever! Front desk staff and nurse assistant were very kind and helpful. Sadly the PA was not a people person, not very communicative, and slow!!! We will go to Munson in Charlevoix from now on.

I first called to be sure no appointment was necessary (I knew IR office was by appointment) I felt like I was a bother for making the call lots of exhausted sighs and no friendliness to the voice. When I arrived eye rolls and talking so quietly I had to keep asking to repeat as my ears were plugged and could only hear the guy checking in next to me. Everytime I asked for her to repeat I recieved an eye roll. My wait time once checked in honestly wasnt bad I was expecting it to be worse. When back in the room the MA spoke so fast I couldnt comprehend and when I asked to repeat it was said even faster. No personable skills. Very direct did not take any care towards how I was feeling just another person walking in the doors to help make that paycheck I felt. My NP who I saw was great very friendly thorough examination and also made sure I had everything Id need at home. When I left I forgot to grab my car keys (Ive been in such a fog with everything) I went to the front desk and informed them I left my keys in the room. Again received eye rolls an exasperated sigh and a well which room were you in. When the keys were given to me I said thank you thank you and Im sorry and again just an eye roll. Didnt like that I felt like an inconvenience to literally everyone except for the provider I saw. Was very disappointed
